Commercial HVAC & Rooftop Units Done Right

We work on gas-electric and heat pump RTUs from Carrier, Trane, Lennox, York, Daikin, Rheem and other manufacturers. Because we are not tied to one brand, we replace failed equipment with what fits your roof, your budget and your building, not what earns us a dealer bonus.

Serving Clinton, Missoula, Lolo, Frenchtown, the Bitterroot Valley, plus scheduled service to Helena, Great Falls and Libby and Troy.

Local Expertise

Commercial HVAC Built for Montana Roofs

Montana is hard on rooftop equipment. Units sit in direct sun and wildfire smoke all summer, then take weeks of sub-zero wind and snow load in winter. Economizers freeze, gas heat sections corrode, belts crack and filters load up with smoke. A maintenance schedule that matches the seasons, with a fall visit before the first freeze and a spring visit before the heat, keeps a commercial RTU running years past the point where a neglected one fails.

We serve commercial customers throughout Missoula and Clinton, the Bitterroot Valley, Deer Lodge and Butte, and we take on RTU replacements and installations in Helena and Great Falls on scheduled trips. If you manage more than one location, ask about a single maintenance agreement that covers all of them.

Questions

Commercial HVAC & Rooftop Units FAQs

Do you replace commercial rooftop units?
Yes. We handle the full replacement: sizing, curb adapter, crane scheduling, gas and electrical connections, start-up and commissioning. We install any major brand.
Can you set up a maintenance contract for my building?
Yes. We build quarterly or twice-yearly maintenance plans for single buildings and multi-location businesses, with a documented report after every visit.
How far will you travel for commercial work?
Missoula, Clinton, the Bitterroot and the I-90 corridor are our regular routes. Helena, Great Falls, Butte and other outlying areas are served on scheduled trips, which works well for planned replacements and maintenance.
My RTU runs but the building never cools down. What is wrong?
Common causes are a failed compressor stage, low refrigerant, a stuck economizer damper pulling in hot outside air, or a unit that was undersized to begin with. We diagnose it on the roof and quote the fix before starting.
Do you work with property managers and general contractors?
Yes. We coordinate with property managers on multi-unit schedules and with GCs on tenant improvement and new build-out installations.
