Most of the homes around Clinton sit outside the natural gas grid. That means propane furnaces, electric heat, wood stoves as backup and, increasingly, cold-climate heat pumps and mini-splits. We service all of it. We are especially familiar with propane ignition and regulator issues, heat pump sizing for larger rural lots, and conditioning detached shops and barndominiums that were built without any HVAC at all.
